Golden Chai

Golden Chai is truly a cup of gold. It is what you reach for when you want to warm up your bones and feel comforted. The flavor starts out with peppery spice, moves onto sweet notes of Fennel and Licorice, and ends with a little gingery bite. All of the ingredients are hand-milled to a course grind size, allowing each cup to be rebrewed a second time. Want to spice up your homemade chicken or vegetable stock? Just a tablespoon of fresh or spent Golden Chai for a golden broth that feels oh-so nourishing to the soul. Strain before serving.  Caffeine-Free

To make Golden Milk, simply replace water with milk or your favorite non-dairy beverage. Heat until steaming, remove from heat and steep covered for 6-8 minutes.

M E T H O D : 
Use 1-2 tsp per 10oz of water. Simmer on low for 3-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Spent tea may be brewed a second time.
