Bluetopia

Bluetopia is a butterfly pea blend that is light and naturally sweet, with notes of spearmint and hints of fruity rosehips. This blend is refreshing whether you choose to drink it hot or chilled in a pitcher. Butterfly pea is known to be beneficial for skin and hair health, support collagen function and is high in antioxidants. A brewed cup finishes deep blue with green undertones. Add a little lemon juice and watch the color hues change to purple.

M E T H O D
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup of boiling water (212°). Steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
