System Reset

System Reset (formerly Essential Detox) is refreshing minty tonic that makes a satisfying hot or cold cup of tea. This has been a go-to for customers that practice intermittent fasting or in need of an occasional reset. It is recommended to primarily abstain from alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine when using, as well as processed and sugar-rich foods. Drink daily for 1-2 weeks or desired length of your reset period. 

Nettle leaf is known in folk medicine as a classic tonic for the liver. Dandelion Root contains a supply of bitter compounds that stimulate digestion and the production of bile, which helps break down cholesterol and fat.In Chinese Medicine Burdock root is considered to have a "cooling" effect on the body, which is beneficial for conditions revolving around hot-headedness, irritated digestive issues and liver stress. The Lemon Peel, Ginger, Milk Thistle, Dandelion Root, and Burdock Root are hand-milled on site. Caffeine-Free

M E T H O D
Use 1 tsp of tea per 8oz of boiling water. Cover and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain. Spent tea may be brewed a second time.
