RESOURCES FOR WELLNESS
We are so happy to provide a starting ground for so many wonderful resources. Here you will find books and websites on the topics of Ayurveda, Exploring the Nature of Consciousness, Nature Inspired Poetry, Plant Medicine & Herbal Remedies, Journey Fiction, and Self Love. Journey Fiction is what we like to call fiction takes you on a spiritual journey through self discovery and heightens self awareness.
This is a work in progress that will be added to as they come to mind or as we come to discover them.
Many websites will link their users to Amazon or other websites that allow you to purchase their books. We however, do not provide book links. We would like to encourage you to go to your local library and check them out there. Most libraries allow you a three week check out, up to 2-3 renewals, and free page copies. If you can't find the book you'd like in their website catalog, give them a call and ask for an interlibrary loan. Libraries that participate in interlibrary loan lend and borrow books across the country. It is usually a free service and completely worth the wait. Thrift Books is a great option if you cannot find locally and must purchase online.

What's Your Dosha? Doshas are biological forces that govern the body. In the eastern practice of Ayurveda, health is defined by mind-body types, which are based on physical, emotional, and mental characteristics. Are you more of a vata, pitta, or kapha? Determining your dosha is a first place to start when beginning your path to health and wellness by helping you balance your mind, body and spirit.
